Mirpur Biradari remembers martyrs on ‘Mirpur Balidan Diwas’

Jammu, Nov 25 Mirpur Biradari of Sarwal Colony took a “Prabhat pheri “ in the morning at 6.00 am from Sarwal Mandir Chowk. Large number of people participated and after taking a round of entire Sarwal Colony, the Prabhat Pheri terminated at Mandir Chowk. Rich tributes were paid by Amar Chand Gupta and Ram Saroop Gupta. Amar Chand Gupta narrated the whole ordeal regarding the fall of Mirpur District and also appealed the young generation to participate in the Prabhat Pharisees every year in the memories of all who sacrificed their lives for the sake of motherland. After termination of Prabhat Phari, a large number of people gathered at Mahesh Pura Chowk to pay rich tributes to Martyrs of 1947 at the Mirpur Sahiddi Samark near Govt Medical College, Jammu. Dr Nater Parkash, Vijay Kumar Gupta, Rajinder Gupta, Bhavesh, Ramnik Gupta, Ashok Gupta, Vijay Gupta, Satish Gupta, Narinder, Jagdish, Chetan Gupta and Dinesh Gupta participated in the Prabhat Pheri. Among ladies Dr. Raj Kumari, Sangita Gupta, Suman Lata, Swarana and Nirmal Gupta were present on the occasion.
