Army organizes computer course

YB News Ramban, Nov 22 In its endeavour to promote IT literacy among youth, Indian Army organised Computer Course for a duration of one month at Baderkot village of Ramban district. Computer course has witnessed attendance of 33 students including 15 girls. The training capsule is aimed at increasing awareness of IT education among students with an effort to bring them at par with their counterparts in other parts of the country. The training curriculum includes teaching the basics of computer operations. The interest and uptake level of attendees pleasantly surprised the instructors. Intensive interest exhibited by students in the course. The course contributed immensely towards National mandate of provision of IT literacy to masses of rural areas. The participants are also provided certificates to testify the level of proficiency achieved by them during the course. A genuine concern coupled with kind hearted approach of Indian Army is making constant endeavour for Nation building through National Integration.
