Apni Party celebrates birth anniversary of Dr BR Ambedkar

Jammu, Apr 14 Apni Party today celebrated the birth anniversary of Dr BR Ambedkar at their party office in Gandhi Nagar. In a statement to the press, to mark the celebration of Dr Ambedkar’s birth anniversary, SC State Coordinator, Bodh Raj Bhagat and OBC State Coordinator Madan Lal Chalotra organized the function at the Party Office where the contribution of Dr BR Ambekar was remembered. In his address, General Secretary, Vikram Malhotra said that the freedom of speech and expression which is guaranteed in the constitution of the country has not been given importance nowadays. “There is a general feeling among the people that the times have changed and dissent voices are not given heed and instead, they are being seen as otherwise which is unfortunate,” said Malhotra. He said that the constitution given to the country by Dr BR Ambedkar has given equality to everyone without any bias on the basis of caste, creed, religion or region.
