13 bottles of illicit liquor recovered

Kathua, Feb 26 A Police team of P/S Bani under the supervision of Insp. Rahul Mahajan during naka checking noticed a suspicious vehicle bearing Reg. No.JK08G-9983 which was being driven by driver namely Atul Dogra S/O Dwarka Parshad R/o Basohli Dist.Kathua who was asked to stop for checking. On physical checking,13 bottles of illicit liquor was recovered from his illegal possesion. Meanwhile, accused was arrested along with the liquor. On this, instant case vide FIR No 06/2021 u/s 48 (a) Excise Act was registered at P/S Bani and further investigation of the case is going on.
