BJP holds “Shradhanjali Sabha”, pays tributes to Wasim Bari

Jammu, July 9 “Shradhanjali Sabha (condolence meet)” was organized by BJP at party headquarter, Trikuta Nagar, Jammu to pay tearful adieu to one of its young and dynamic leader from the valley. Condolence meet was supervised by J&K BJP General Secretary & Headquarter Incharge Dr. D. K. Manyal (former Minister). Former BJP President & MP (Lok Sabha) Jugal Kishore Sharma, former President & former Minister Sat Sharma, former Dy. CM Kavinder Gupta, party Vice-Presidents Sham Sharma, Anuradha Charak & Aseem Gupta, former Minister Ab. Ghani Kohli, former MLA Neelam Langeh, former MLCs Vikram Randhawa & Girdhari Lal Raina, Munish Sharma, Rashpaul Verma, Arvind Gupta, Veenu Khanna, Rekha Mahajan, Prabhat Singh Jamwal, Tilak Raj Gupta, Rajni Sethi, Abhijeet Jasrotia, Dr. Tahir Choudhary, Dr. Pardeep Mahotra, Jaidev Rajwal, Jugal Kishore Gupta, Arun Jamwal, Haroon Choudhary, Kulbhushan Mohtra, Rajeev Charak, Vinay Gupta, Ajay Vaid, Prem Gupta, Munish Khajuria, Ayodhya Gupta, Ishant Mahajan, Adv. Rajesh Gupta, and others were amongst the prominent party leaders who paid their final respects to the departed souls. BJP expressed its strong resentment against the gruesome killing of its young leader from Kashmir and also held series of protests against the Pakistan sponsored terrorism in J&K. BJP leaders said that Sheikh Wasim Bari who held party’s responsible position as J&K BJP Executive Committee Member and Incharge for BJP’s Training Cell of Kashmir was also former BJP District President. They told that his brother Umar Sultan Bari was Programme Coordinator BJYM Kashmir. They stressed that both were the young and dynamic BJP workers from Kashmir. They expressed extreme grief and sorrow as well as strong anguish over the gruesome incident that took away the lives of 3 persons including the father of both young BJP leaders. BJP leaders termed it as desperate attempt of Pakistan sponsored militants to fail ongoing peace process in J&K. They added that BJP stands with the family and the perpetrators of crime will not be spared at any cost. They were true soldiers of Democracy, who laid down their life for strengthening grass root level democracy in the Valley, BJP leaders said.
