New Delhi, July 9 Jason Roy has played only 8 IPL matches so far but his choice of favourite T20 league across the world is clear. Jason Roy has represented Lahore Qalandars and Quetta Gladiators in Pakistan Super League (PSL), while in Big Bash League (BBL) the swashbuckling allrounder has played for Sydney Sixers and Sydney Thunders but he has selected Indian Premier League (IPL) over the two as his favourite T20 league. In his 8-match IPL career, Jason Roy has scored 179 runs at an average of over 29 and strike-rate of 133.58. "I’ve been to Pakistan only once for PSL. I’ve been to India 3-4 times, BBL is completely different. I think as far as cricket experience goes, I am gonna go with IPL," Delhi Capitals' Jason Roy told in an interview with Cric- Tracker. IPL, the richest T20 league in the world attracts the most elite players from all the countries. Kevin Pietersen, Sanath Jayasuriya, Kumar Sangakkara, Brett Lee, Ricky Ponting, Adam Gilchrist and many others have been part of IPL at some point of time in their careers, the current batch of IPL players also consists of the best from the world. There is no doubt that not only domestic Indian players but also the international players from different countries get to learn a lot from the league. During the course of the interview the South African born England allrounder was also about his team's 2019 World Cup tie with India. England were put in a must win situation agaisnt India after losing their league matches against Pakistan, Australia and Sri Lanka. Luckily, England put up a good show against India and won the match.
