One Drug Peddler Nabbed with Heroin

YB NEWS SERVICE RAJOURI, APR 20 In a major crackdown on drug trafficking the Rajouri Police apprehended one individual with possession of 07 Grams of Heroin (chitta) like narcotics substance during checking at Kallar Naka, Rajouri. Police Team of PS Rajouri was on checking at naka and intercepted one motorcycle which was without number plates and was on its way from Naushera to Rajouri. One individual was found sitting on the said vehicle. During his personal search police recovered Heroin like narcotics substance weighing 07 grams from his illegal possession. In this regard, a case of FIR No. 218/2025 under relevant sections of NDPS Act has been registered at Police Station Rajouri. The accused is arrested on the spot and the recovered contraband has been seized as evidence.
