Theft case solved and stolen property recovered by Police Station Bahu Fort Jammu

On 10-10-2024 a written complaint was received at P/S Bahu Fort Jammu from complainant namely Malvinder Singh S/o Waryam Singh R/o Marble Enclave Trikuta Nagar Jammu regarding theft of some Tyres.

on this information,a case FIR No. 258/2024 U/S 331(3),305 BNS was registered in P/S Bahu Fort and investigation entrusted to ASI Bal kumar of PS Bahu Fort Jammu and investigation started.

On dated 22-10-2024 During the investigation a Police team of PS Bahu Fort Jammu headed by SHO P/S Bahu Fort under the supervision of SDPO City East Jammu and over all supervision of SP City South Jammu arrested two accused persons namely
1) Rakhman Ali S/o Naziq Ali R/o Nanak Nagar Jammu and
2) Amit Sharma @Appu S/o Bal Krishan Sharma R/o Gurdaspur Punjab A/p Nanak Nagar Jammu.

On the disclosure of accused persons I/O recovered 20 Tyres.
