Communal Harmony Week activities conclude at GDC Marh

YB News Jammu, Nov 25 The special series of activities to mark Communal Harmony Day concluded in Government Degree College Marh. NSS unit of the College, under the patronage of the college Principal Prof. Aekta Gupta, celebrated ‘National Communal Harmony week’ by organizing different activities like slogan writing, Cleanliness drive, Poster making competition, Online lecture etc. The activities concluded with the holding of Awareness rally in the college and village Dhateryal with slogan ‘Humara hai ek hi naara, Bhaichaara Bhaichaara’. The programme was held under the aegis of ‘Azadi Ka Amrut Mahostav’. Principal, Prof. Aekta Gupta, highlighted the importance of organising such events for boosting the unity, brotherhood, feeling of togetherness among society and communities. The NSS volunteers and students of different streams of the college participated in these activities with full enthusiasm. The progammme was organized and coordinated by NSS PO and Committee Members.
