790 Kanal State, Roshni land retrieved across Doda in last 2 days

YB News Doda, Nov 25 Revenue Department teams recovered 790 Kanal State and Roshni land across Doda district in the last two days. Going tough on encroachers, a mega anti encroachment drive has been launched in the district on the directions of District Magistrate Doda Vikas Sharma. As per Revenue department, its Officials retrieved about 790 Kanal State and Roshni land in two days which is the biggest drive ever launched in the district. A team of Revenue Department, under the supervision of Tehsildar, retrieved 16 Kanal and 01 at village Kondhra under khasra number 252. The retrieved land was handed over to lambardar and Chowkidar with the instructions to prohibit people from any repeat encroachment attempt and inform the Department immediately of the same. Similarly 150 kanal State land and 04 kanal 17 Marla Roshni land under Khasra no.1050 was retrieved at village Mundhar of Tehsil Kastigarh.
