Rehri Association of Jammu Railway Station pays tributes to Dr. Ambedkar

Jammu, April 16 Association of Rehri Zone, Jammu Railway Station lighted 101 earthen lamps to pay tributes to Dr. Ambedkar and termed him as the God’s Ambassador to lift up the oppressed in a programme at Dr. Ambedkar Chowk, opposite Vaishnavi Dham, Railway Station, Jammu. J&K BJP Media Incharge Dr. Pardeep Mahotra was the Chief Guest on the occasion, while he was accompanied by BJYM Vice- President Ishant Gupta, BJP SC Morcha Secretary Umesh Kumar Gabbar (President of Association), BJP SC Morcha Media Secretary Adarsh Jathiar and members of the Association of Rehri Zone, Jammu Railway Station. Dr. Pardeep Mahotra termed Dr. Ambedkar as the ambassador of God who worked his whole life only to lift up the needy and the oppressed. He said that Dr. Sahib is rightly said to be as Baba Sahib who by his works has earned this term. He recalled his role in building the Nation. He went on to praise the social reformist, saying that the constitution made by Dr. Ambedkar brought equality in the country and gave everyone a right to live freely. He said that India's constitution is best in the world. Dr. Pardeep, remembering Dr. Ambedkar on his 130th birth Anniversary and providing insight into his life, he said born into a poor Dalit family on 14 April 1891, Dr. Ambedkar became independent India's first law minister, the principal architect of the Constitution of India and a founding father of the Republic of India. He said that he became a symbol of resistance who has surely taught us a way to live. Umesh Kumar Gabbar said that Baba Sahib dedicated his life to working for the upliftment of untouchables, women, and labourers. He said that the work done by him for Dalits, deprived and backwards can never be forgotten by the country. He also thanked the senior BJP leader and all others who paid tributes to iconic hero on his birth anniversary.
