TWO JeM TERRORISTS, 3 OVER GROUND WORKERS ARRESTED

Srinagar, Apr 14 In a major catch for the security forces in Jammu and Kashmir, Jaish-e-Mohammed (JeM) terrorists Zaheen Javaid Dar, Javaid Ahmed Dar, and three over ground workers were arrested by the Kulgam Police, IGP Kashmir Vijay Kumar said on Wednesday. The JeM terrorists were arrested a day after two Al Badar terrorist and three over ground workers were nabbed in the Kupwara district of Kashmir. The security forces recovered arms and ammunition from them. Following a tip-off, a joint operation was launched by 32 Rashtriya Rifles and 92 batallion of the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) at Kanchoo crossing Baramulla- Handwara Highway. The three OGWs of Al Badar were arrested when they were trying to escape on a motorbike. During the interrogation, the three informed about the whereabouts of the two Al Badar terrorists, identified as Saleem Yousuf and Iqhlaq Ahmed Sheikh. The 21 Rashtriya Rifles launched an operation and arrested them.
