DC Ramban reviews disposal of public grievances

Y B News Ramban, Mar 01 Deputy Commissioner Ramban Mussarat Islam today chaired a meeting to review the progress in the disposal of public grievances, including those reported on INGRAM portal. Additional Deputy Commissioner, Harbans Lal, Executive Engineers of PHE, PDD, DFO, Tehsildars and other senior officers were present in the meeting. He stressed upon the officers of the concerned departments to look into the issues reported by the general public and co-ordinate citizen-friendly solutions at their own level. He further called for quick disposal of genuine complaints and grievances forwarded by the Lieutenant Governor's Grievance Cell. Later, DC also discussed grievances of 11 complainants registered on INGRAM portal with the concerned officers.
