Thepla Paneer Wrap
Ingredients For The Thepla 1 cup whole wheat flour (gehun ka atta) 1 1/4 cups finely chopped fenugreek (methi) leaves 1/2 tsp turmeric powder (haldi) 1 tsp chilli powder 1 tbsp oil salt to taste whole wheat flour (gehun ka atta) for rolling oil for cooking For The Stuffing 2 tsp oil 1 tsp ginger-green chilli paste 1 cup grated cauliflower 3/4 cup grated paneer (cottage cheese) 2 tbsp chopped coriander (dhania) salt to taste Other Ingredients 4 tsp chunda , refer handy tip Method For the thepla 1. Combine all the ingredients in a deep bowl, add enough water and knead into a soft dough. Cover the dough with a lid and keep aside for 10 minutes. 2. Divide the dough into 4 equal portions and roll out each portion into 150 mm. (6") diameter circle using a little whole wheat flour for rolling. 3. Heat a non-stick tava (griddle).
