Ration dealers call upon Ex MLA Prof Garu Ram

Y B News RS Pura, Dec 01 Ration dealers of RS Pura today called on former BJP MLA and BJP DDC Candidate from RS Pura Prof Garu Ram Bhagat and apprised him of difficulties they are facing. They informed Prof Bhagat that under audit the Govt ration supply depot RS Pura to Chatha besides depositing money for Ration from RS Pura to Shastri Nagar treasury causing immense difficulties to dealers. They said for years together they are lifting Govt Ration from RS Pura and all of sudden changing location of Depot from RS Pura is an ill-conceived idea. They demanded department to kindly review the decision as it will create unnecessary sufferings on part of dealers. Prof Bhagat giving patient hearing to dealers assured them that he will bring the issue into the kind notice of concerned officials and hopefully some amicable solution will be found out soon. They are the dealers who distribute ration to poorest and destitute beneficiaries (AAY/PHH/BPL) at far off distances,” they said, adding, during the pandemic period, all the dealers played an important role in reaching out and distributing ration to every beneficiary.
