Police seized 86 quarters of JK Desi whisky

Kathua, Nov 29 Acting sternly against illegal liquor menace, a police party of PS Billawar under the supervision of Inspr Vishal Kumar SHO PS Billawar today apprehended one person namely Bantu s/o Tara Chand R/o Baggan Tehsil Billawar and seized 86 quarters of JK Desi whisky from his illegal possession. In this regard, Police registered a case FIR vide no 137/2020 u/s 48(a) excise act and investigation was taken up. Kathua police requests people of the area to come forward and make this drive against illegal liquor menace and inform the police.
