One Bootlegger held by Jammu Police

Jammu, Nov 29 A police party of P/S Kahna Chak headed by SHO P/S Kahna Chak Insp. Vishav Pratap Singh, while on patrolling duty apprehended one person namely Tej Ram S/O Shonar R/O Kirpanda Chattisgarh A/P Marjali who was coming from Jammu towards Mishriwala. During checking, 10 bottles of 750 ml each of Jk excise whiskey and 11 quarters of 180 ml each of JK desi excise whiskey were recovered from his possession, which he kept for illegal selling in the area. On this a case FIR No. 184/2020 u/s 48A Excise Act got registered at P/S Kahna Chak and accused got arrested. Further investigation of the case is going on.
