Woman thrown out of moving car by in-laws

Coimbatore, June 11 A video of a woman thrown out of a moving car was captured by CCTV cameras in Thudiyalur, Coimbatore. The victim alleged that she was thrown out of the moving car by her husband and her in-laws who allegedly harassed her and wanted to murder her. The incident took place in Thudiyalur, Coimbatore last month. In the CCTV footage, the complainant could be seen falling out of the moving vehicle. The victim has lodged a complaint against her husband Arun Joe Amalraj and his parents. On receipt of her complaint, the police have registered a case in Thudiyalur Police Station under sections 294(b), 323, 506(ii), 498 (A), 307 of the IPC and also Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 1998.
