To fulfill expectations of the people my priority: Sureshta Jamwal

As being an independent candidate it is my duty to work for the development of my ward and I wanted to assure the people that I will fulfill all expectations of the people.
This was stated by former corporator and an independent candidate Sureshta Jamwal, from ward no 35, while talking with the Young Bites. Let’s have an interaction with the famous leader of the area.

VS: Tell our readers about yourself?
SJ: I am an ex-corporator and an independent candidate for the post of corporator in elections of Municipal Corporation from Ward no 35.
VS : Tell something about your political career?
SJ: I was very keen to work for the people and to address their grievances; this habbit was the main reason that I have joined the politics and continue to serve the people of my area.
VS: Why you did not joined any political party?
SJ: In my thoughts, it is not important to join a political party, if we really are concerned to work for the people and their issues. Being an independent is best option and I have done the same and trying my best to solve the issues of the people.
VS: What are the main issues in your ward?
SJ: The main issues in my ward are the roads, which are not up to the mark, while in some areas, the demand of people is the construction of nallah, as in rainy season, and there is a loss of property as water entered into the houses of people.
My first priority will be to construct a nallah in this lane so that water should get proper way and pass through the lanes without any damage. I am hopeful that the construction work in this regard should be started soon and the people of my ward should get some respite after their long pending demand be fulfilled.
Meanwhile, as being a former corporator, I have done well to implement the schemes launched by the government in my ward, settled out many pension cases, widow pension by organizing camps in various areas of my ward.
VS: What is your message for the people?
SJ: I am an independent candidate and to serve the people of my ward as this is my duty. To fulfill the expectations of the people of my ward is my priority and I will do my best to fulfill my promises. I further wanted to make an appeal the people, which never get misled by some vested interest people, who are creating mis-understanding about me and my works. People must judge their candidates from their works not from the words.
